City Public Transport Dispatcher Management System

Displaying vehicles on the map

The system is used for twenty-four-hour on-line dispatcher management and control over the work of city public road passenger transport, in real-time mode.

Vehicles are being fit up with on-board equipment for measuring movement direction, speed, location coordinates and other indexes. Measured data is being permanently directed to the central dispatcher station (CDS) and motor transportation companies (MTC).

The benefit of the system is the capability of on-line visual control over public transport.

The system also carries out a wide range of everyday operations, dealing with transportation work planning and accounting, vehicles traffic flow monitoring, human resources management.

The system was created in several stages during 2006-2009. Its labour input was 54 person-months.

SkyLock-Ukraine

SkyLock-Ukraine

The company "Skylock-Ukraine" is one of the leaders in motor transport monitoring and security on Ukrainian market. "Skylock-Ukraine" provides the service of monitoring and security for commercial transport and private vehicle owners.

The company ISGEO is the developer of software for "SkyLock" - the system for motor transportation monitoring and control. The system is implemented as a desktop and Internet-application. The system allows supervising location and movement of motor transport units. The system also enables operator to monitor the readings of various sensors and send commands to the equipment from a centralized dispatcher console.

The system was created in several stages during 2004-2009. Its labour input was 45 person-months.

Mobile Inspector

Program Package for Quality Control Inspector

"Mobile Inspector" is a system for informational support of jobber programmes. The system is meant for automation of the process of fuel stations inspection. This desktop application is to be used by control inspectors to examine fuel stations for their compliance with jobber standards and for quality of fuel they offer. In addition, the system has features for making necessary documents, e.g., Fuel Station Inspection Report or Oil Products Sampling Report.

All the inspection data is added to the database. This allows accumulating statistics on inspections for a period of time.

The system also includes a function for creating reports with the help of the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tool. The tool provides business-users with additional reporting capabilities.

The system was created in several stages during 2007-2008. Its labour input was 12 person-months.

Personal Fall Detecting System with Alarm Button

The system was created on the request of The High Technology Institute-Ukraine Ltd. (HTI-Ukraine Ltd.).

Major purpose of the system is keeping watch over people that require it (children, elderly people, etc.). Although the equipment of the system is simpler in comparison to vehicle navigation systems, it is supplied with voice connection, Alarm Button and personal Fall Detector.

The Fall Detector has a built in GSM-module; therefore, it works everywhere where there is a GSM-network. The Alarm signal in the form of an SMS-message is transferred to the Dispatching Centre immediately after falling. The operator receives information on the subscriber and contacts his or her relatives, neighbors, etc., calls the emergency.

The system was created in several stages during 2007-2008. Its labour input was 11 person-months.
